Introduction to the Team & Role

Join us as Senior Product Designer and help us make proactive care available to everyone. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You'll lead the charge in both discovery and delivery, being the customers voice and collaborating closely with engineers to design solutions that improve patient outcomes and scale effectively.

What You’ll Do

Within 1 month, you will:

• Familiarize yourself with our product’s user base, mission, and challenges through shadowing sessions and team meetings.
• Start to engage in discovery processes, including user research and data analysis, to identify key user needs and product improvement opportunities.
• Begin to collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
• Deliver your first UX & UI flow for an upcoming product feature.

Within 3 months, you will:

• Lead design projects, presenting concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback.
• Implement design thinking methodologies to solve complex health tech problems, working closely with the product and engineering teams.
• Establish design standards, guidelines, and strategies in alignment with our product goals.

Within 6 months, you will:

• Have successfully led multiple design cycles, from discovery through delivery, resulting in measurable improvements to user satisfaction and product performance.
